  • All orders must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
  • All stock are subject to availability. In the event are product is out of stock we will refund your purchase immediately.

  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible. However if the temperature is deemed too hot we will hold the stock until it is safe

Select a time you would like to come and collect your order so we know when to expect you.

You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for you to pick up. Please allow our staff a minimum of 2 Hours to make sure your package is organised and ready for collection.

Parade Cellars guarantees the products we sell and recommend. If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described we will happily refund your money or exchange the product for a new one. For all returns and refunds you must provide evidence of purchase. A receipt or invoice must be provided to refund the item(s).

If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if Parade Cellars is at fault.

That is if:

  • The wrong product is delivered
  • There is a fault with the product

In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

In the circumstance that you need to return a product to us there are two options available.

2. Fill in the Returns information section on ParadeCellars.com

Once you’ve contacted us or completed a returns form we’ll have our couriers come and collect it from you.
